In a groundbreaking fusion of art and technology, The Galeries in Sydney unveiled the world’s first "NFTree" during the 2021 holiday season. This innovative installation not only celebrated the festive spirit but also showcased the burgeoning realm of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), positioning The Galeries at the forefront of contemporary cultural experiences in a fusion of digital and physical worlds.

Strategic Insight:
The Galeries aimed to leverage the growing digital art and NFT trend to attract a tech-savvy audience and differentiate the holiday experience for shoppers.

Execution:
The "NFTree," a five-meter-tall installation of glass and mirrors, showcased the work of eight local NFT artists. Each artwork featured QR codes for visitors to purchase NFTs, blending physical and digital experiences. Custom signage and a revamped brand identity, supported by a social media campaign, promoted the initiative, reaching a new audience for The Galeries.
